(321) Was going to tackle this one from Brickyard Lane, but parking options didn't look too good, so opted for a roadside viewing on the B1403 instead. Rather handily, and in direct line with the chimney, is the entrance to a smallish car park at the Walkeringham Nature Reserve, so made use of that.

A good view of the chimney is possible from the towpath of the Chesterfield Canal but the signs on the gate giving access to the site from the road are not inviting! The Brickmaker's Arms has been demolished.

SK98 INT021 CHIMNEY. Works clearly disused. A tall brick chimney still exists on site with a smaller one adjacent. Pub in village called the Brickmaker's Arms.
