Overgrown with turf and bracken, but in good condition. Position directly in line with hedge and gate in the adjacent field, but ignore the measurements on the OS sketch as layout on opposite side of the road has changed.

Easy spot in depression on roadside bank. Dug away encroaching soil/vegetaion and left uncovered. 2" shallow domed bolt in rough concrete block. In line with gate and hedgerow going off N at rt-angles. OS sketch useful.

2" bolt in stone slab in obvious depression in verge, in line with right angle hedge and 2m back from road edge. Easy find.

Came to spend the day with friends at a nearby camping barn so got a pass to collect some nearby trigs and caches. This is interesting as the brass work is larger than I have seen before and the stone it is set in appears to be natural stone and seems river worn with some nice formations.

Found easily using os diagram. As os bolts go, this was BIG.

An easy find, using the line of the adjacent hedge (at low level compared to the road so I didn't see it at first), combined with not too much verge. Views are not spectacular.
