drove up the left hand track as per previous logs. great views. had to climb over barbed wire fence to left hand side of second gate entrance once drove up track. pillar in good condition underneath the growth.

10th July 2008.The small copse is now a large area of Japanese Knotweed. You can see it in the earlier photos but it is now a jungle. I found a new plastic water tank. Old buried tanks but no trigpoint. The Knotweed is twice as tall as me. A machete is required. Will have to visit again in the winter when it has died down. 14th June 2009. Its now Knot weed 2 Dusty nil. If its in there its well buried. Another wasted half an hour hacking about in a sea of Knot Weed. 27th January 2012. The Knot Weed has died back and it looks like most has been removed as there is little in the way of leaf and stalk litter. The trigpoint was easy to see but covered by lots of moss due to its entombment under the Knot Weed cover. Third time lucky.

Trigpoint should be in there somewhere! (10.7.2008)

Seemed ok to drive to this ,make sure you take L/H track.pillar is in small copse just over fence by cattle grid.
