No problem getting here. Trig has damaged corners and a spider full of broken glass for my visit. Aside from the litter the wooded area is nice enough, but no views to speak of.

Felt quite sorry for this little trig. There is a few old fire sites around and broken glass on top in the centre of the spider and some rubbish. Parked on Saddleback Road and walked down to the main junction with College Ride Road. Don’t cross the road, turn right and go up the path into diamond ridge woods behind the houses. Take the left path and walk a short distance until you find the trig.

Parked on residential road to south west of hill. Fairly straightforward to locate. From road is a small flight of steps then head north east towards higher ground. Through a metal gate, turn right uphill adjacent to fence, fairly steep, through a second metal gate, pillar at top. No views as surrounded by trees and woodland. Chipped corners so recorded as slightly damaged.

A short walk from Camberley Station this TP enjoys a marvellous position in amongst the trees and surrounded by golden bracken. Even better on a sunlit day.

Parked in a lay by on College Ride and from there it was an easy 5-10 minute walk up a small hill. Slightly damaged and not much view to speak off.

Second of the day. Nice woodland cycle to it. Heard cannons or tanks being fired on the way in the distance. Quite disturbing. Pleasant woodland setting again but no views.TP is Slightly Damaged.

I want entirely sure where this trig was as I hadn't planned to visit, last minute decision). I found it eventually in the most obvious place really, slightly damaged corners and surrounded by trees.

Parked in Saddleback Road to East then followed path up through trees from obvious access point. TP in pine trees at west edge of hill, top damaged, plug gone, bit of blue sky, but otherwise another view of trees.

My final Surrey pillar. Located in Diamond Ridge Woods, conifer woodlands on the southern edge of a large wooded region north of Camberley, possibly part of Bracknell Forest. Pillar has some damage with 3 top corners chipped away and other chipping from top edges. Original cap missing and no top plug; rear sight hole open. No views.

Pillar amidst evergreens. Located on a forest ride. Easy access from the nearby road. S corner has a good lump out of it, hence damaged instead of slightly damaged. Cap missing with no plug. FB faces SW-ish with NE-ish sighthole open only. No views to speak of but good walking around the area.

Parked on Saddleback Rd to the E, then walked up the footpath at the junction of Saddleback Rd & Upper College Ride. Condition of trig as described by previous loggers, rear sighthole open, all other sightholes closed. I left a 2p coin in the rear sighthole for the next visitor to find. (When I cleaned out the rear sighthole with gloved fingers, I found broken glass in it - no doubt from a broken alcohol bottle)

Found as YOSM 136. Parked to east in residential road and then it was a short gentle climb to the TP. Some damage to the TP and the cap was missing. TP in wooded area with minimal views.

Readily reached by path from adjacent road near first of houses as you ascend hill from West. Outlook largely obscured by trees. Consecutively numbered to my first ever logged pillar!

Parked in Saddleback Road and walked the short distance into what is now a local nature reserve; many fir and beech trees, close to a modern kissing gate. In one direction there are rather obscured views over the treetops. Pillar is damaged on three corners, one badly, no cap.

Filling time whilst waiting for Old Man's appointment at Frimley Park hospital to complete (also saved on their car parking charges!) All corners gone and significant chunks out of top edge, and plug missing but otherwise OK. No views and lots of litter around. But peaceful spot despite proximity to A30, new fences and kissing gates around, and is a local Nature Reserve.

This was an easy start to my expedition. I parked just up the road in the residential area and walked back to the start of the footpath into the woods. I’d actually spotted the pillar before my GPS had obtained a satellite lock. There is a fair bit of damage to the top and corner. The centre plug is missing. Being surrounded by pine trees, the views are something less than spectacular.
