Another of those West Country pillars set high up on a hedge bank. Access was ok for this one and with enough room to check sight holes. Centre cap is a little non-standard, feel sure I've seen one before though, the standard lettering on the cap is lightly indented; rear sight hole open. No views.

A roadside pillar but well and truely part of the hedge. Flush bracket visible from the road. Pillar appeared to be in good condition but I chose not to climb up the overgrown banking to view the plug.

Well protected in beech hedge. Did not go in field side as herd of cattle very close. Camoflaged on road side by moss, ivy and beech twigs.

Fairly well hidden in the hedge by the side of the road, and completely covered in ivy! The flush bracket was easy to read once the ivy had been removed, since it faces the road. There's space to park in a layby a short distance away straight over the crossroads.
