Sited at the top of the Bennan hill. Good drivable track leading up from NX 8264 7567 to NX 8226 7661, then a grassy track for last 400m. Monument to John Turner, an itinerant maker of horn cutlery, who died 1841, he predicted his own death and paid for the monument and inscription before he died.
