Flush bracket S3638 was levelled for height also in 1952. This trig point was last maintained by the OS in July 1982. I have a theory! Although S3638 is now listed as part of Block NS29, I have reason to believe that this Secondary station pillar was originally built and observed with the trigs in Block NS77 (Glasgow) in 1947. In 1952, it would have been observed again, but this time with neighbouring the trigs in block NS29 (Greenock) built in 1949.
